I've never been on a trampoline as an adult. Will I look ridiculous?

Everyone wobbles on their first class — that's part of the fun. Our Bounce 101 format is built for total beginners and our coaches walk you through every move.
Is rebounding actually a real workout?

Yes. Studies suggest rebounding burns more calories per minute than running while being ~80% gentler on joints. Expect to be challenged.
What should I wear?

Supportive sneakers or grip socks (we sell them at the studio), fitted athletic wear, and a water bottle. We provide everything else.
Do you offer classes for people with disabilities or special needs?

Yes — our ReBounce Rise format is designed with and for the adaptive community. Stabilizing handlebars, 1:1 spotters, sensory-aware sessions and family days are part of who we are.
How early should I arrive?

Fifteen minutes before your first class. Five minutes after that. We start on time so the playlist hits right.
What's the cancellation policy?

Cancel up to 6 hours before class without penalty. Late cancels forfeit the class credit. Membership classes can be rescheduled within the same week.
Do I need to sign a waiver?

Yes — every guest signs a liability waiver at checkout the first time they book each pack or membership. It takes about 60 seconds.
